How much does it cost?

Assessment Fees

ADHD Assessments: $1,500 – $2,000
Career Inventory: $1,500 – $2,000
Psycho-Educational Assessment / Work Placement (Military): $3,500 – $5,000
Fitness for Work (RCMP, Military, etc.): $3,500 – $5,000

Please check with your benefit provider to determine whether assessment costs are covered. If your assessment results in a diagnosis, you may qualify for a disability grant to help with home, work, and school-related expenses.

Individual Counselling and Coaching Appointments

I offer individual therapy for adults navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, trauma, grief, and life transitions. Sessions are personalized, evidence-informed, and grounded in compassion. Together, we work toward greater clarity, resilience, and emotional balance.

Cost: $225 CAD per 50-minute session

I also provide a 4-session HeartMath® coaching program designed to support emotional regulation and stress management using biofeedback tools.
Cost: $225.00 per 50 minute session.

All sessions are offered online with flexible scheduling.

These sessions are designed to provide personalized support and effective tools for managing stress, building resilience, and enhancing well-being. Contact me to schedule or learn more about the programs.

MBSR and MBCT Groups

The total cost for the 8-week MBSR or MBCT group program is $650. Each weekly session is 2.5 hours long. Payment is required via e-transfer before the first session.

A receipt will be provided at the end of the program, which you can submit to your benefit plan for reimbursement.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Please provide as much notice as possible when canceling or rescheduling your appointment so that I can make space available for others.

For cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, you will be charged the full session price. Your understanding and consideration are greatly appreciated.

Are your services covered under insurance and do you direct bill?

Insurance and Billing Information

As a Registered Psychologist in Alberta and Saskatchewan, my services are typically covered under most insurance plans. Please check with your provider to confirm coverage.

Please note that I do not offer direct billing. You will need to pay for the service upfront and then submit the claim to your insurance provider for reimbursement. If you have any questions about the process, feel free to reach out!
